Pitch Deck & Raise Artifacts
Everything for the REV.health seed raise in one place: three deck variants sized to three raise scenarios ($2M / $3M / $4M), the matching proformas (corrected RCM FTE derived at 0.027), an interactive scenario explorer, one-pager, exit strategy, and raise checklist. All scenarios price at $399 / provider / month + 3.5% of collections.
The three raise scenarios
Each deck and proforma pair is built around one of three raise sizes. Same product, same pricing — what changes is hiring pace, go-to-market spend, and how far the customer ramp gets by 2031. RCM staffing derived from workload at 0.027 FTE/PCP (Likely Mid), not the old 0.080.
| Scenario | Raise | Ownership | Practices by 2031 | ARR by 2031 | Pricing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lean | $2M | 10% | 450 | $24M | $399 / provider / mo + 3.5% of collections |
| Focused | $3M | 15% | 650 | $35M | |
| Full | $4M | 20% | 850 | $46M |

Lean — $2M raise
The capital-efficient story: smallest team, slowest burn, proves the model in one region before expanding. Longest runway per dollar.
When to use: conservative angels, capital-efficiency-minded funds.
REV-health-seed-deck-2M.pptx · .pdfFocused — $3M raise
The recommended middle path: full founding eng team plus a real go-to-market function from year one. Balanced burn vs. ramp.
When to use: the default deck for most seed funds — lead with this one.
REV-health-seed-deck-3M.pptx · .pdfFull — $4M raise
The aggressive plan: parallel module build-out, earlier multi-state expansion, fastest path to category leadership in independent-practice EHR/RCM.
When to use: growth-oriented leads who push on "what would you do with more money?"
